Perfectly situated a 9 minute walk from the Obs Square UCT Res Jammie stop, students can get to campus quickly and easily. Medics are also only 9 mins away from the UCT Health Sciences Faculty.

We are looking for hardworking, conscientious, and respectful postgrad students who would like to find a place they can make their home. The house is available to be let either to 4 friends or on a room-by-room basis.

Sienne our friendly property manager looks after the property and handles all maintenance requests. She is ably assisted by Bella the housekeeper and Patrick our handyman who have been with us for years.
