Astley Street

We are delighted to announce the recent acquisition and management of the Astley Street property. We look forward to creating another residence that meets our high standards and that our residents will be proud to call home. Leases will be offered starting in February 2026, following the completion of our refurbishment.

This peaceful block of flats is ideal for postgrads and young professionals with heavy workloads. Each flat has four spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The newly refurbished communal areas have lots of natural light, their own balcony, and are designed to make you feel at home.

Astley Street is perfectly situated for getting to campus speedily. The jammies stop just down the street and there is a great service 7 days a week which makes getting to the libraries and other facilities a breeze. There is also parking available for those with cars.

Our friendly property manager lives on the property to ensure it's well kept at all times. They are ably assisted by Vee and Ingrid the housekeepers and Patrick our handyman who have been with us for years.
