This tranquil block of flats is ideal for postgrads and young professionals with heavy workloads. Vertical gardens bring nature inside to help alleviate the stress of deadlines. The hardwood deck and downstairs foyer are great places to enjoy books and games that are a popular social event each semester.

Queen Street is perfectly situated for getting to campus speedily. The jammies stop just down the street and there is a great service 7 days a week which makes getting to the libraries and other facilities a breeze.

We are looking for hardworking, conscientious, and respectful postgrad students and young professionals who would like to find a place they can make their home.

Our friendly property managers live on the property to ensure it's well kept at all times. They are ably assisted by Vee and Ingrid the housekeepers and Patrick our handyman who have been with us for years.
